Reduxion Theatre Company OKlahoma City Theatre Company
Our greatest hope for RTC is to expand the understanding and
appreciation of the diverse cultural opportunities we have in
Oklahoma.  We intend to produce our upcoming shows with the
same innovation, intensity and diversity that has encouraged new
audiences young and old to understand their own potential and to
'think outside the cultural box.'  We at RTC believe that a community
is only as strong as its culture, and that in order to encourage a
brighter future for our children, we must educate both "sides" of their
brains.  In doing so, we will stimulate not only their minds, but the
economy that cradles them - even in these difficult times - perhaps
especially - it is vital to have an arts and education system in place
that will give people hope and remind them of their own humanity.

Please consider making a donation to Reduxion Theatre
Company so that the arts may continue to thrive and the people of
Oklahoma can boldly set foot upon the great stage of the
American Theater!

We look forward to seeing you at the theatre and, once again,
thanks for supporting Reduxion Theatre Company!

Sincerely,

Tyler Woods

Reduxion Theatre Company (RTC) was founded as a classical theatre company (under the name Dreamstuff Productions)

RTC produced acclaimed classical stage productions in Oklahoma and hosted popular arts charity events to benefit various
national and local charities.

In New York City, the company produced Hamlet and As You Like It by William Shakespeare to critical acclaim Off-Off-
Broadway in association with Actors Equity Association.

RTC incorporated and registered as a nonprofit organization in the state of Oklahoma.

The inaugural residential season in Oklahoma City ran November 2008 – June 2009, with over 2100 patrons viewing our three
main stage productions of a Japanese
Romeo & Juliet, an original RTC adaptation of Pride & Prejudice and a “Roaring
Twenties”
The Taming of the Shrew.

Our second  season, our three main stage shows include Antigone, with guest director and OU Professor Susan Shaughnessy;
Twelfth Night, featuring live original score, and Titus Andronicus, with guest artists from Carpenter Square Theatre, OKC Ballet,
The University of Oklahoma and Lyric Theatre.

In our third season, we performed
Macbeth with two guest-artists contracts in full cooperation with Actors Equity, and partnered
with the OU School of Drama to work with students and faculty in the production;
A Midsummer Night's Dream was the first
production performed in our new theater space,
The Broadway Theater; Midsummer was also our first touring production to 5
locations of the Metropolitan Library System in spring of 2011; we concluded the season with our first musical production,
Hair
the American Tribal Love-Rock Musical.

RTC is committed to educational outreach and partnerships with area schools and community centers offering workshops and
apprenticeships.

During the company’s residence in Oklahoma City, a commitment is made to hire local actors, designers and technicians, and
to pay them for their work.

The continued growth of community and artistic support is attributed to the company’s devotion to respectful production
practices and boundary-pushing stage plays.
